If you are unhappy with the quality of service or treatment you receive from an Osteopath to whom we have referred you, we will refund the fee you paid the Osteopath for your initial consultation.
We are confident that your osteopathy appointment will meet your expectations because we listen very carefully to customer feedback and quickly exclude any Osteopath receiving less than glowing reports from our referral database. All patients using this service are asked for feedback after their initial appointment and we take all the views expressed into account. This feedback enables us to continually improve the quality of service for patients.
Our high degree of confidence in the Osteopaths with whom we work enables us to offer this guarantee without fear.If you have an unsatisfactory experience with an Osteopath to whom we refer you, simply write to us explaining why you are unhappy and enclosing a copy of your receipt from the Osteopath. We will refund your fee without any quibbles.
