Description: I work in three different practices, two in London and one in Southsea, Portsmouth. I treat all ages from the very young to the very old! My youngest patient to date is 2 days old and my oldest is currently 95 years old. During the initial consultation a full case history will be taken followed by an examination and treatment. The number of treatments will be different for each person.I work both cranially and in the traditional way that most people would recognise as osteopathy. I treat people with low back pain, problems resulting from car accidents, neck stiffness and pain, shoulder and arm pain, to name but a few examples, all using soft tissue and manipulation techniques as well as subtle cranial and functional techniques. Cranial treatment is very gentle and effective for most conditions and is the approach I use with babies, toddlers and children, occasionally bringing in some gentle structural techniques as required. I treat a number of women during pregnancy and also after giving birth.

Specialities: I commonly see people for low back pain, neck and shoulder problems, upper back pain and smaller joint problems as well as a host of other conditions. I am experienced in helping patients with headaches, sinus problems, poor sleeping, stress/anxiety, asthma and abdominal/digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome and irritable bladder. I combine both a structural and cranial approach to my work with adults as needed.
